sweetgreen joined chef David Chang to create the Tingly Sweet Potato Kelp Bowl with kelp sourced from Atlantic Sea Farms. The bowl helped raise awareness of seaweed, an ingredient that has the potential to improve the health of our oceans, our bodies, and even the finances of Main lobstermen.
The campaign was amplified through a launch event at Majordomo, a Times Square billboard, OOH, digital advertising, programmatic advertising, an IGTV video, Facebook and Instagram advertising, ad spots, and a NYT Branded video.
