In the Fall of 2018, sweetgreen joined Michelin-starred chef Dan Barber and seed company Row 7 in thinking differently about the origin of flavor in our food. The result: the first-ever seed-to-sweetgreen experience and an exceptional Row 7 squash bred for flavor. This never-before-tasted squash was an experiment in flavor, a radical test of supply chain capabilities, and an ode to what the future of food and flavor holds.
The campaign was sweetgreen’s first national collaboration and was further amplified through advertising across all mediums.
